Hello,
I am still pretty new to the FE boating scene, I just ordered two 4800mah 70c 5s Lipo packs directly from Revolectrix a couple days ago for my 1/8 scale hydro. I plan to get another pair of batteries in the near future, maybe an 8s setup or another 10s.
I still need to purchase a charger, and im interested in purchasing this one. But being the calibur item it is, and my lack of familiarity with chargers in general, do you think you could perhaps provide me a little more information on this or perhaps some of its features ?
thanks

Here is the info directly from their site http://www.usastore.revolectrix.com/...l-PowerLab_129
Here is more http://www.revolectrix.com/dpl_description_tab.htm
All I know about the charger is that it is a very consistent and reliable charger with extremely user-friendly controls and settings. You get to set options such as what sounds you want it to produce when you press buttons and also when it's done charging. I set mine to silent. It is also a very quiet charger. When the fans kick in, it is not annoying like most chargers that I've tried. It's also very well built with an aluminum shell and nice buttons.

how long is a typical charge if I were to charge both 5s at once?BIG BOY HYDROPLANES----My first RC boat and build project to boot: (and more content in my profile gallery!) ---- http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...proposed-setup

I was charging 6s on my old one, 2 of them at the same time, always at 10 amps. It usually charged them from 3.6v to 4.2 in about 30-40 minutes, the batteries are revolectrix 5000 70c silver label.

300 is already quite low for a brand new charger, especially that it comes with the balance boards and the new one does not which is another $30... I'd rather wait it out at this point and sell for 300.
