I had a shipping quote today based on not removing anything (rudder, tails fins, turn fin, and keeping boat stand together) It was very expensive. $69 to 44646.

I think the best thing to do is for me to break the boat down removing the items listed above to get the package as small as possible while still being well protected. I think it is fair if I charge $40 for the shipping and I will eat the rest of it. I am assuming it will be $50-65.

So that is $170 total for if you want the thrust bearing and aeromarine collet or $160 if you want the stock collet

Hull does come with hardware. I cannot eat the shipping cost of the boat. Thomas Schlarb has 1st choice as he made an inquiry 1st. If he does not want the boat I would sell the hull and hardware to you for my asking price of $80 plus $45 for shipping
making it $125 total. I am firm on that price as I will be losing money on shipping and would just assume to keep the boat around.
