    Cap Vic Hi-Jack Mounts

Three Hi-Jack mounts for sale. No longer made. $60.00 each shipped conus/canada. Numbers 2 and 3 had some minor filing on the pivot to allow for smoother turning. Will post here for 1 week and then go to IW. Doug

One of them is your's Doby. I guess I should have wrote conus/canada. Shoot - if I had posted this earlier I could have slipped it into my Grandmas pocket. :)

                3-up

The height is 1-3/16" and the width is just shy of 2".

Number 3 is sold - Doby.

Doug, are all three identical? I am interested but need to know what kind of OB leg it will accept? I have one of the hi jack plate on my AC VS-1, worked well so thinking of stocking up one more for future builds.
Would take #1 if I can use it on O.S.
P.S. Would tip the old lady handsomely so she will take a detour to So Cal first before heading up to Canada.

tlandauer - I have a couple brand new OS lowers. I just took one apart to see how it would fit. It appears that this mount is not made for the OS. The mount has bushings. The OS pin is too large for the bushing. If the bushings were removed the remaining hole would be too large. I suppose the bushing maybe could be drilled out. Then some filing would have to be done either on the OS pin assembly or the mount pin assembly for the lower to fit. This would be minor.

It appears that these mounts were made for the Lawless, KB or Irwin lowers.

Number 1 and 3 sold. Doug

                        Thanks for the info, Doug.
I hope you don't mind if I am not going to go thru with the purchase as I would have preferred a straight bolt-on plate for the O.S.
Guess the old lady doesn't have to make a detour to So Cal after all!

No problem Tim. I don't think Grandma has even made it out of my home town yet. I hope all you guy's are patient. :)

Doesn't the OS come with it's own plate? I am posting two units for sale soon.
