New AQ Top Speed 3 hull and (almost new) REK Lower Unit - GTA Pick up or will ship

I bought this hull back in the summer of 2012 with the intent of converting it to FE, but I never got around to working on it at all. It's a brand new white Top Speed 3 Hull, and I'll also include a REK Lower unit with stub shaft, coupler, flex and motor mount (the REK isn't brand new but as you can see in the photos, it's pretty much unused.

$150 for the boat and the REK plus shipping.
Local pickup (NW of Toronto) is free
Unfortunately, shipping isn't free.
Shipping to the US (4-6 business day turnaround) with $200 of insurance is $50 for a total of $200
Shipping to Canada (7 business day turnaround) with $200 of insurance is $30 for a total of $180

Cash on pickup or Paypal or Interac Money Transfer (Canada) for locations I'll need to ship it to.

The hull is new (comes in the original box), it includes the nitro box, tank, cables, grommets, rubber boots, etc.

I'd do $100 (plus shipping) for the hull.

No can do. The shipping alone would cost me $45.48 - and that's the slow option. It's $70.29 or $259.17(!) for the other two faster options. I'm not eating half the value of the hull for the shipping cost.
