Did not know till i read through this 1415 shaft 2650 1/8 will hold up in a boat?
They makea collet for it.

Not sure of the question. But you ordered a 1512 2650kv which has a standard 5mm shaft which you can order a collet from this site. That other guy was doing something a little out of the ordinary.

Yes the 1410 3800kv has 5mm shaft and the 2028 has a 8mm shaft.
