I had read a thread on this esc being put in a Baja. I finally found it. The guy said it was rated at 16s and 200a. The 8s model is rated at 300a. I would be more inclined to believe the ones I have are 200a.

Just checked my email and I got this reply from Kevin. Copy and pasted

They were the last batch we had made.. *!**We were shooting for higher voltage, lower amps.. *!**Scott, Joel, and Shawn (SRI Slash) have the most experience with them.. *!**The 101 model is not and amp rating, we were going a different direction in naming them at the time.. *!**Their quality fets, but I didn't get the chance to test them to failure in a DRY environment..

Just look at Fliers page and match them up to see what they rated them at...

Ok. I looked up the flier esc's. The only one it comes close to is the 200a 16s controller. The width and height match perfectly. The only thing in question is the length. The length on the shrink wrap is exactly 123 mm but the actual controller is a little shorter. In the flier pic, the shrink wrap looks the same as its longer than the esc and it's white instead of black. If someone doesn't scoop them up, I'll just try to waterproof it better and run it. I like the performance of these and they are super easy to setup with the program box.

The 200/16 is a different controller. Similar in size, but not the same. For what it's worth, I had better luck with the 101 ESCs than the 200/16s.

I have a pair in my Fantasm right now. I am running 10s currently. Should have logging very soon and then we will know. Ben was trying to rate things based on wattage, and these were supposed to be 5000watts. So at 16s= 80 amps, 10s=130amps, but when you go down to 4s that would be over 300 amps and I am sure that will . Been seeing that in Flier ESC's running LV all along. I believe someone mentioned to me 240 or so. Give or take.

Decided to keep them. I figured out a way to make them more waterproof, so I'm forging ahead with these.
