It will include Hull/stingers, drives, already installed motor mounts, carbon battery trays. I used the rudder on my hydro, but still has the speedmaster rudder bracket brace. Will not include props, If you want the props, it will be an extra $40.00. The hull new is 155.00, so Im taking a huge loss with the parts already installed after shipped..let me know, thanks
