He got the boat, or at least whats left of it. Box looks like the postal truck ran it over. Boat is crunchy, this is exact reason I always insure my items and make sure whoever I'm buying from is doing same...this really sucks for the purchaser, who has to do all the leg work with the PO fair as the damage claim goes... This has turned into a real problem, post office according to buyer is refusing to pay for damages now, because it wasnt packaged right. How can they tell how it was packed the box was crushed !
buyer wants me to pay for having it shipped back and filed a PP claim, because I refused to pay for shipping it back. This is truely a case of seller beware ! should of followed my instincts after answering 20 plus pm's about this boat...............
