Nothing special, just install the motor and mount the ESC as normal. everything from the gas setup is already removed and the stuff tube, strut and rudder are the same and they come with the boat.

There should be enough room in the nose in front of the motor for batteries.

Yes, I am in PA. I'm still looking at it trying to get a handle on what needs to be done to keep water out of the electronics and how the battery placement might look. I was thinking I didnt need the stand, but if you have it packed...

You're gonna have to get creative to get it sealed, I was gonna use a combo of foam rubber weatherstrip and the normal hockey tape. I use the foam rubber weatherstrip on my Genesis with those 1/4 turn hatch latches and it's sealed great and no tape at all. So if you get the weatherstrip in the right places you may not need to use tape. But I hadn't got that far with this boat so I couldn't tell you exactly how to do it.
