I admired this boat when you posted the pic. in the other thread, if I may ask you, how is this compared to the Stilletto? I know the issues with that RTR, one area was that the flex cable would break on that out board. This is obviously a different one altogether, but from your experience, how is the reliability and how is the performance of the tunnel hull on water?
            Is it sold already?

From my experience with the stiletto, the VS1 is by far the better boat. The lower unit on this boat can handle up to a 1515. I have run this outboard on other boats and will never run anything else for this size. On this boat I have replaced the teflon liner with a brass tube which does not wear out like a teflon liner which makes the cable hold up alot better. I have only run this boat to dial in the lower unit and break in the drive line. It's just as fast as my TS3 setup exaclty the same but it handles corners much better. My TS3 was much faster than a stock stiletto on 5S. Currently the boat is still available but I have a few interested buyers. I'm hestitant to sell this boat because it's so nice and I have alot more money and time tied up in it than I'm asking for it, but for me I'm a builder more than a racer. typically I build these boats for the local guys and charge a 150-200 build fee and I have this boat priced less than cost of materials, and there's even materials I left off the list.
