i am new to this can you tell me how the Telemetry works ...what else do i need

You need to buy the telemetry set up and rx for it. This RX that i'm including doesn't have the telemetry. But you can program up to 12 different model settings I believe with this radio. So basically you only need one radio for your entire fleet.
