Yes it does. 2 props. Both RH plastic props.

I can't make out the dimensions.

I think it says DHP436/3R on each prop

I found 2 more props( they were inside the hull). They are the LH version of the DHP436/3R. They are labeled DHP436/3.

The package comes with 2 sets of props, 4 props total. Sorry for the confusion.
