The swivel was missing is which part of this duck ? Can I replace by myself and if I put RX and ESC then can work to play ? And cani use Paypal for payment ?

The swivel is on the tow hook duck, it is what the tow line ties to, I'm sure you could make something work. RX and brushless esc and it will work, but again, this is sold AS IS, the motor coupler is homemade, and with the high rpm there is some vibration, I can't speak for long term reliability of this setup, I only ran it once. Paypal is fine, PM sent.

AS IS, meaning the way it is, no gaurantees etc. Honestly, from the sound of it you may be better off with something else other than this to play, this is more of a project for somebody.
