I'm going to put this offset rudder on my MG29, supposedly interchangable without and other mods necessary (other than reverse the steering direction on the radio transmitter).

Another question ... is the MG29 strut/rudder you still have for sale, new or used? We spun one of the strut bushings on one of our boats and it wallowed-out the strut. Might be interested in that strut, if it is new, and you would want to sell it separate, or maybe the whole assembly, for a good price - never know, may need a spare rudder in the future (but hopefully not!).

The way that rudder and strut is setup as one piece (strudder) I need to keep it all together. THe strut is lightly used. It came from a boat my friend bought and after one day of running with big boys he asked me to rebuild it for him. So as far as I know it's only been run that one day. As far as price I'm sure we can work somthing out

My offset rudder arrived today (thanks for the quick shipping!!). I think I'll pass on the MG rudder/strut for right now. If it is still available later, will reconsider. I have a couple of other things to work on at the moment.

You wouldn't happen to have an extra rudder pushrod bellows (rubber boot) for the MG29 or Mystic, or BJ29 laying around for sale, would you? Found a tear in mine last night while installing my new offset rudder and PB says they are out of stock until mid November . Thanks, Bob
