I purchased this about a 1 1/2 years ago from member "6S HYDRO" and have only run it twice. I wanted to race it with friends but don't have the time. It needs a paint job which I was getting ready to do. I removed the trim and decals. It has a small chip in the gelcoat above the driver head that I painted. That was there when I bought it. I was told it has never been wrecked or repaired and has done 50.9 mph on a LHS set up. This boat should be racing instead of sitting on my shelf.
According to "6S HYDRO":
"Brian Buaas shovel, one of the nicest FG layups Ive ever seen. Boat was built origionally by Ray Fuller and is one of the latest batch's of the Darkhorse, and doesnt seem to be making anymore. carbon fiber plate under motormount and stuffingtube."
I installed and includes the following:
A new Aquacraft SV26 1500 KV brushless motor(2 runs)
OSE Water Jacket
Proboat 45Amp ESC
Thrust bearing with spacer
Traxxas 2075 waterproof servo
Flex cable and hardware.
Has an installed air damn.
Unfinished driver from OSE
I'll through in a Traxxas 27mhz rx if you want it.
4mm bullets on the motor/ESC
5.5MM Bullets on the ESC
I'm looking for $310 shipped. Only thing you need is a prop.
Let me know if you want more pictures and I'll be happy to post them.
Thanks,
Tom
