I'm going to assume that there is nothing left. Thank you again for the killer deal, Steven...
BTW, I was looking over the swordfish and wondered if I had to worry about the "over soldering" of the capacitor lead; what do you think?DSC00374.jpgAttached Files

BW won is next in line, I have one set left. I'm private messaging BW now.Originally posted by BW won View PostI will take another one, please.
If you would be so kind, as to verify that there is still a set available, I will transfer the appropriate funds.
Also, by any chance, is there a discount- due to it being my second set purchased?
Maybe, free shipping?Steven Vaccaro

I test them all for power up and a small load test prior to leaving here. So it should be a problem.Originally posted by BW won View PostI'm going to assume that there is nothing left. Thank you again for the killer deal, Steven...

I assume you mean shouldn'tOriginally posted by Steven Vaccaro View PostI test them all for power up and a small load test prior to leaving here. So it shouldn't be a problem.
Also, others have reported a problem when the esc was used with 10s lipo's, nothing less. Did your small load test consist of 10's, Steven? I'm looking forward to your responses, whenever they may be.
Thank you for your time,
BW

I see in pic 1 that someone had touched the capacitor with a hot iron by accident. Please be careful and try to coat the exposed surface as it could be live "Neg" - part of the capacitor.Originally posted by BW won View PostI'm going to assume that there is nothing left. Ray, thanks for the insight- as they say, "good looking-out." BTW, you are the only one who noticed this- I even started a whole thread about the pictures you're referring to. I think I'll just consider this ESC DOA and have Steven replace it.Originally posted by ray schrauwen View PostI see in pic 1 that someone had touched the capacitor with a hot iron by accident. Thanks again Ray- I really appreciate your keen eye and electrical knowledge.
