I am not in any way backing out, I attempted to send a payment to two people and neither of them went through and neither of them are in my paypal history, the issue is that it is my father's account and he is in the states right now.
I will keep in contact with you and if they don't go through tomorrow they will be sent again.

It's all good sir. Be CAREFUL, sending paypal twice through an account that had trouble may not be a great idea unless you have fixed the problem. I would hate to see you have trouble twice in a row.

I know from experience paypal is not too fast at email replies but, it beats being on hold. Been there, done that.
