OK, Boat came today and looked good,
But, The rudder is hitting the prop nut because the flex shaft is to long and the new motor has a shorter shaft.
I tried to remove the motor but no luck, Some one had a brilliant idea to use a lot of red loctite on the motor mount bolt.
Now its time to drill it out.

im not understanding about the rudder hitting the prop nut, are you talking about the bullet nut on the end of shaft? Ya I know the nut is to long for the shaft and stinger but itdoes not hit. i adjusted the rudder close to it but nut touching. I did not realize until about the loctite until you said something. The allen screw wont come out?

No it will not, The allen bolt is the weak link when comes to red loctite.
I tried some heat to but it stripped out.
I did not want to just try brake the hole mount out if I did not have to.
Drill is all I can do at this point.

I got the bolts out of the mount , But mount it trashed from the loctite on the bolts.

I will need to find a new mount for it, Not sure what motor mount would be good for it.
