It's kinda rough & uneven on one side of the blades, been dremelled for balancing I assume?
Is this something I need to smooth out for optimum running?
It's also not all that sharp, I can tell it's been sharpened a little, but I can press my thumb against the edges as hard as I can without worry. I think I'll need to sharpen it more... Can anyone confirm how sharp a prop must be for best results in the water?

Still a good deal and I'm happy with the transaction, just wondering about what I should do, if anything, to make this prop perform best?
