Out of pure curiosity did you make an offer less than the asking price? I had a person make a lower offer. The next pm was at full price so it sold then. In that event I dont feel bad, it's business.

This makes sense, I doubt the boat is sold just reconsidered the price. Boat and hardware alone comes in at near $250.

I had intent to buy it for asking price, Once i knew how much shipping was.

No, I did not low ball him, And did not pass on it.

I just wanted more info about the boat.

Just wanted to know how it ran and how much for shipping and paypal info.

And if he had any more pictures or video of it.

Was waiting for info, And it sold right out from under me.

This makes more sense, the seller has been on here a while so I reckon he would know the rules. Anything like what Bass said could of happened. You might of missed out on this one but there will be others Lenny. At least I'm hoping there will be.

Lenny's offer was not too clear, most usually say "I'll take it" but it does mirror what is in the Rule. I cannot read the link to the PM (PMs should never be made public!!!) However, if the Seller accepted an offer not in this for sale thread, it seems to me that he is in violation of the rules...if the offer was on OSE. Obviously if he accepted an offer on RRR or RCU that's his business. Just because he has been posting on OSE for awhile has nothing to do with him knowing the rules. You only know them if you bother to read them....and obviously few do so.
