What is all the red grease all over?

The new ones are shipped with the red grease on the flex where the old ones shipped with oil. Apparently they test them at the factory because it came to me with the splatter.

I would bet that it's silkolene pro rg2 race grease. We use it here at the shop and it looks exactly the same, in fact I've used it in a pinch on my cable and it works great.

Just looked at the bottom of the lid and it has no grease so they run em with the lid off.

If you look at the first page of the listings,you will see the boat I would trade.It is a rio51,customized with a G2D modified motor,clutch,water pump,t-bar with oil reserve,67x105y prop also the stock one.Dual rudders,adjustable trim tabs,turn fins,the only parts that are original are the fuel tank,servo box as with the tatic tx and rx,stinger and flex shaft.It also comes woith a bottle of evolution 2 stroke oil,extra thrust washers,teflon tube,and all new water lines.This boat only has 3 tanks run through it.On the last run it ran at 51.4 mph.Once it is dialed in it should hit 60.Also,the motor was built by marine-specialties out of huston texas.In my listing it states what was done to the motor.Take a look at my list and let me know what you think.The only reason I am getting rid of it is,we moved and there is no lakes around here that allows gas boats.If I drove 3 hours from here then I would find some,but,I do want to drive that distance.With my disability that would be very hard on me.There is also a bottle of the paint that was used on it.

I appreciate the offer but I too have the same problem. I live in an area that we can run electrics all day but gas and nitro will get us booted. Thanks for the offer though.
