Seaducer 29 ARR P mono

Freshly rebuilt from a nitro. This is the heavy layup version with a full CF bottom. Very tough boat. Fresh paint on the top deck. Not perfect by any means, but looks good. CC/Neu 15151y with OSE jacket. T-180 esc. Speedmaster .21 rudder and mono strut. .187"flex cable. Comes with a S&B Prather 220. Motor has about 10 runs in a truck and 5 boat runs on it. T-180 has about 20-25 boat runs on 4 and 5s, works flawlessly. Has a hatch from a Rico mono that I began modding. It fits as is but needs a little sanding and filler in the rear and a fresh coat of paint to match.

All you need is tx/rx and lipos. I set this up to run on 4s2p. 10000 mah fits on the rear CF battery tray. I ran this thing twice and it handles VERY well. Turns excellent with no fins or tabs like it was intended.

The little white fiberglass peice up front of the motor used to hold the nitro tank. That is where the esc is at now. works perfect.
The hatch is as appears in the first pic. Scoops removed so a flat surface could be made for taping.

Sorry I was slow getting back to you. I have a new (never drilled) perfect Herzog Hurricane. It is green with a white lower deck. It has the standard cowl and brand new.

Product Review Article ...

So in resume, here are my thoughts on the Hurricane Mono:

- great looking boat

- hull construction is very good hull is solid

-On a side note though if I ordered another Hurricane I would ask for a heavier lay-up for the cowl because of the way I cut it. If the cowl is left full length, this shouldn’t be an issue though.

-The top deck lay-up is also lighter than most monos I have seen. I might consider adding a brace under the deck on mine, since I do lot of big water jumping with it… just to be on the safe side.

*** while doing the write-up on the Hurricane, I spoke with Chris and he informed me that the points noted above about the layup of the deck and cowl had already been addressed.

- The gelcoat finish is nice and there is no need to paint the hull if you find a color you like in the vast selection of colors available. This is something I look for in hulls because I do not like to paint them.

- Handling is superb…cornering performance deserving special mention.

- Stage 3 version as reviewed is a thorough package, making assembly a real pleasure!

- The supplied instruction sheet makes setup very easy.

- Customer service is great, Chris has always replied to my inquiries in a timely manner.
