I will and can ship them to you BUT due to customs I can not promise how long shipping time or anything will be, Usually never a problem but I have had customs hang things up before

Offcourse you can not promise how long the shipping time will be. These days I don't belive even the shipping companies does eigther.
Anyway I have good experience with USPS to Norway. Normally less than 10 days.
