I have a SuperVee 27 that I built from a white bare hull that I picked up from Tower Hobbies, the Motor and ESC, Servo and Radio are Stock AquaCraft parts but I put some upgrades on the Boat which are some SpeedMaster Strut, Rudder, Trim Tabs, I have a OSE turn Fin, Hughey Flex Cable, One Stock Prop SV Stand with a Extra Cowl This is a real Clean Boat that Looks NEW I am asking $ 170.00 Shipped in USA SOLD

I saw this boat on another forum, but figured I would get a response from you faster over here. I've seen people run these on Lipos, but I can't tell what kind of lipos they run them on from the pictures on Ebay.

I use 3S 2200 mAh, 30C lipos in a couple of my models. Are these sufficient to operate the Supervee?

Also, please forgive any ignorance I display. I'm a heli and plane guy primarily, but I want to get a boat for summer. You can also contact me on RCGroups.com under the same name.

In a Supervee you will want to run 2x 2S lipos in series for 14.8 volts.

Thanks, do you happen to know how many amps the motor draws? I know the ESC is rated to 45. I'm assuming around 40 amps?
