For sale is a small bolt hydro hull. I am getting out of the hydros smaller than my 1/16 scale ones, so this must go. The hull had hardware installed in that that has been removed. The hull looks good except for the bottom of the tunnel. The layup here was incredibly thin. The gelcoat has spider web cracks in the bottom of the tunnel, so I reinforced it with two layers of 1.5 oz glass. Thin and light but now much stronger. The rest of the hull looks good and the bottom of the tunnel is now strong and will not effect the performance. the top side is ready for paint. The gelcoat has some staining from previous paint which wiped off pretty easy.
The inside has some two part foam in it which makes it stronger as well as some in the hatch to help it out also. Transom is drilled for the hardware from HOR/OSE or other places. The lower cost 1/8" drive hardware.
this could be set up very cheaply with a 2632-3000kv outrunner and 30a mystery esc from Ebay for $20. for $5 I have a mini servo that I will include for the rudder.
New from HOR these are $50 + $20 airmail shipping (cheapest option). Plus this has the mini turn fin with it, the extra reinforcement in it and the foam added. Predrilled if you use the mini hardware!
I would like to get $25 for it + sh($7 to $10?) CONUS. +$5 with servo.
