I think Taylor is interested in the Himodel that appears sold..... He doesn't realize its sold... he spoke of 8s and to my knowledge the Jazz is a HV esc...

On another note is the Jazz totally waterproof? you spoke of it being cool to be submerged? thats a awful nice feature..if I didn't have a small army of Schulze 40-160's, I'd be all over it... I always have heard fantastic things of those "jazz" esc's...

I installed 3 aluminum tubes inbetween/in contact with the heat sink to dissipate some of the heat from the heat sink. So yes in theory but not directly on the fetts.

ITS BEEN MORE THAN WET ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND IN BOATS IVE SUNK AND TOTALLED AND DOVE IN AFTER AND STILL WORKS AND LOOKS NEW. IM NOT SURE THE CAPS WOULD LIKE BEING FULLY SUBMERGED FOR LONG THOUGH..? BUT WHO KNOWS. ITS TOTALLY SEALED AND DESIGNED AMAZINGLY. I SWEAR BY THESE! I NEVER BOUGHT A SCHULTZ BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T WATER PROOF EVEN THOUGH THERE THE CADILLAC OF ESC'S! I CANT TELL YOU HOW MANY NAVY 77'S AND HYRA 120-240'S IVE LOST DUE TO A LITTLE WATER OR A FREAK PUFF ON CONNECTION. THIS THING IS BUILT THE WAY ALL RELIABLE ESC'S SHOULD BE BUILT."A FLEET OF 40-160'S" CHA-CHING!!!

Well Tony's UL-1 and my ABS hydro had a collision at Joe's awhile back and the repairs took awhile since it was almost sliced in half. But it is back in action now, just need to get more weight in the bow so I can get the COG closer to 2” behind the sponsons. It likes to blow over above 50mph. I am not sure how much I should expect out of it since it was designed to be powered by a 700 brushed motor. Hopefully we can get together soon so you can see it in person.
