ESC is brand new,never been in the water,only bench tested and never programmed.Comes with Dean on the battery side and factory installed bullets for motor.
Program box is brand new never used as delivered from OSE like 2mo ago.Check it at OSE store for specs,,,,and yes its suppose to program Turnigy esc`s.
Paid $49.95 for esc and $26 for P/box plus shipping.All in all i have $75.95 w/out shipping which comes to around $20 more for a total of about $95.
