            TTT and...

PM sent for the price on the 1/16 - 1955 thriftway and the skinning kit? Any other kits going to be done in 1/16? Having trouble selling myself on a 1/8 scale, that is a big boat. Beautiful, but big for me.

            thank you

16 HOURS OF DESIGN TIME, and the T4 '94 Budweiser is complete. This is by far the most complex kit yet, but very very complete. I honestly, do not recommend a first time builder even consider this kit! Mike

                    PM sent to BEFU.

Sailr, not sure of your question. Which hull, which size are you talking about? Thanks, Mike

You lumped the 1/8th scales together for a price for frame kits. Just wondering how much more to have all the sheeting including (deck, bottom, sides, etc.) The 1/10th kit I got from you has all the sheeting all pre-cut.

Well, only 2 kits right now have sheeting, the Dominos hull, and 8255. The sheeting kits add about $130 to the cost. Mike

So $138 for the frame and $130 for the sheeting? Total $268? That's a good deal!

Alright, this is where I am at on this one. I love the older hydros with the exposed v-12 engine. what are my options on those in the 1/8" scale?

Looking at the list, we have 101-A and 105-A. I have the 101-A in 1/16 scale.

The 106A is a shovel drop sponson, correct?

                            111A is another shovel nose.

The late 70's and 80's gave us some beautiful boats, but they are just cowled engines.

What gives me the most options for building different boats in the exposed v-12 engine option? maybe i should stick with a karelson hull as I have a 1/16 already, I do not know.

Wife is still asking me what to get me for Christmas, so I am back on the 1/8 hydro kick now I guess.

oh, i would also prefer the allison engine I guess, did any of them use the merlin instead of the allison I should know about? PM me your advice if you do not want to muddy up a sales thread.

                            Brian

Mike, not trying to hijack your thread but thought maybe you or somebody else might be interested.

I have a Larry Kraemer resin cast Merlin V-12. Already built and primered. I changed my mind on the boat and need an Allison instead. Anybody interested PM me. If not sold I will put it in the swap shop soon. I'll get some pics next week.
