I am sorry you missed this opportunity. Chuck actually replied to the thread 5 hours before you and being interested and asking for pics is not a commitment to purchase. I feel I acted honorably in this transaction. BG

"I would be interested in the hull and hardware and you could sell the Nemesis 8xl to jmeyer. Let me know how much you were thinking if you split them up". being interested is not a comitment to buy. i was the first to show interest when i mentioned trades and it wasnt considered on hold then.
then you did post a price for hull and hardware and i responded and he did not. I feel you acted honorably in this transaction also. now it might be different if he posted "i will buy it" instead of "i would be interested". i know it is tough but the way the swap shop works is the first to commit and send payment gets it. i miss out on good deals all the time. thanks again

hahaha I got beat on 3 deals before getting my df29 bud,and ya didnt seem motivated enough to make a decision in fairness via paypal statement....my next one maybe will come from ebay knock off site too they are cheap and no vultures circling...I can sell you a sv27 hull for 50 bucks if you want instead to make you feel better,it has a passionfruit paint scheme.....lolololololol no really if you know anyone hehe
