This would be my Whip Killler project boat. http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...ad.php?t=13108 if your interested check out the pics in the how to. The hull is really fast but its more of a calm water or SAW type boat.

After a lot of thought i'm going to a bigger boat for Q in 2011 to run my new 1717s in. I have a GEN 1 AC SP40 thats going to get new non-trips, vented air trap and fresh cab-over canopy. Ala Whip style mods.

Ken, what hull is the Q Sport you'll have?

Ken, is there enough room for the 1717 in there? That's the motor I was planning in using... possibly a 1521.... all on 6s2p... whatcha think?

The hull was setup for a 1521, the 1717 would force a belly pan.
