Up for grabs is my lightly used 1527/1y 8mm shaft with OSE jacket. High spots on jacket have been turned down and high polished. It has under 10 runs on it. I'm not a racer just a sport runner. Motor is in excellent condition. Bearings are smooth.

That looks very new, do you have a shot of the back end bell and motor wires,plugs?

Shane I added the pic to the original post. If you give me your shipping address I will get you an estimate. I have shipped plenty of things to Australia. It shouldn't be much at all. I'm guessing between $10.00-$15.00 with insurance.

The back end of the motor looks good, it doesnot appear to be cooked. Did you ever submerge the motor? Can you get the jacket off easily ( its not glued on?). I am very keen but may need to slide the jacket off to put the motor into a mount system I have.

Jacket is removable. I keep a little light oil on the o-rings so that they stay soft. Looks like shipping will be an extra $15.00 just for shipping. I'll pitch in the extra for insurance. The total will be $255.00 for the Motor and Can. Motor has never been submerged or even wet at all. My boats stay bone dry.
