    I think the last time I shipped to Canada, I was told first class can go up to 4 pounds where as US is only 13oz. Try going direct through USPS.com

          When ICE 329 sent the motor and drive cable it was $3.?? not sure where he is?? but I get a lot of RC parts sent to me. there is no RC store that has boats. USPS web page is not right, not sure why. If it's more than $5.00 let me know. If it is it will be the first time. A .21 nitro motor was $3.?? about 5 weeks ago. and it takes about 2 weeks to get here. the last box I got 4 days ago was $4.03 and it's 12 long
