    WTB:Turnigy 180 esc

    Im looking for one good used Turnigy esc.I need version 1.Please help-new motors coming in a couple days.HobbyKing is out of stock and I really dont feel like spending $100 on an esc.

      I have one that I bought from HobbyKing a while back and want them to be the same.I dont know the difference between the two really.

        I think performance wise the peak voltage on the new ones is different but that's it. you could sell your old unit and buy 2 new ones that's what I would do if you want to sell the old one pm me I know a guy that might want it.

          I mite sell it if I cant find one here.I have never used it.Just soldered 5.5 bullets on it then put it back in the box.I got from HobbyKing.Kintec has the version 2's but theyre around $100.And HK is out of stock.If I decide to sell,Ill let you know.

            Kintec vs. HK = After shipping is about the same price but Kintec is here in the states

              Your probably right.I think Kintec has only the version 2's though.I might call Jan and see if he has any v1's.It just looks like a lot of money when your looking at buying 2 of them.

                I need them for 2 Align outrunners I recently bought from the swap shop.Im going to run them on 6s each.Is there an alternative esc I can use?I like to over do it on esc's amp-wise.Also,somewhat inexpensive?

                  if your doing that I would go with 2 new 180's they have a higher burst rate 300 something amps.

                    Then Ill have a 180 sitting there.I could sell it,but Id lose too much and that would put a sour taste in my mouth.I might have to just buy the V2's though.Have to save more money.

                      larry you could sell that version #1 here in probably about 10mins for $70-75 ... they are still a great esc!! I have a couple version 1's and they are fantastic...
