29.5" Mono... Hull Hardware Flex Etti

SOLD SOLD SOLDHere is a 29.5 mono hull with hardware... believe it to be speedmaster hardware.. someone help me here if not...

Hull has an etti motor mount, Tower hobbies servo, and a flex shaft...

Hull is the actual one that was on Fine designs website as seen here...

Had FDM hardware then and a FDM trans...

you can see in the pics were the JB weld is still in the hull on the boat I am selling... as is the same tower hobbies servo as in pics at FDM..... was told this is the same boat by the guy I bought it from... I have never run the boat.... was going to a while back but have way too many boats so this ones gotta go....

Boat does need a tad bit of tlc...a paint job would do would do worlds for it... I was told this hull handled excellent... boat could be used as is though... myself If I was going to run it I would take a heatgun to the remaining JB weld and remove it as well as clean up the rest of the hull...:)

Would be very happy if someone could fill me in on WHO makes this hull???

Hull has the front portion "closed" off with some type of stuff for flotation... quite a neat setup and the original build looks good....

Anyhow... what do you think of $139 OBO shipped in the cont U.S.??

closer to delta force width.... titan is definately wider... it appears to be a nice hull.... wish I knew what it was.... I am sure it is a good one..LOL.... I like the hatch alot better then my titan though as it is really easy to tape down.... I was gonna get it going..just too many boats...

What do you think a good set up would be to put in it? I only have 2s lipos to put in it now.

SV power, or proboat BJ26 power, or Ul-1 Power... all work well with Two 2s packs.... would be a good setup... would be more stable then a sv for sure and about same speed.... has better hardware too....

Do you have two matching 2s packs or just one.... because you will need two...

If you want to really take the next step I would go with a NEU powerplant... or a fiego 8xl or 9xl if you want to have a FAST boat on 4s... you will need a 120 amp or more esc for either of these combos...

If I was in your position I would put a 9xl in her... that way it would be easier on the amps so you would have a little more "headroom" and go with a cheap turnigy marine 120 amp or a turnigy 180 if you can spend the extra for the 180 amp... I would keep an eye out on the swap shop to find a 8 or 9xl that already is slightly used with an already attached water jacket..... they are often on here... just would need to act fast... the turnigy esc's are a great reasonable priced esc that are easy to use:)

                  9xl, 4s, 120 or 180 amp esc..... high 40's maybe 50mph speed wise... plent fast for a 30" mono:)

Oh yeah would work very well... I was just stating the most reasonable priced models...the swordfish is probably even a better choice...

Best Part is you could get from steve here on OSE and have it in no time... his service is second to none as I am sure you know....If you've never ordered from him give him a try.... you'll have it quicker then you thought possible:)

Just start with a small prop.... a x442 is where I would start..... probably would work great actually....

I have a high end Toysport Triton 32" Mono.. with a fancy paint job and a Neu 1515 1.5y (1500kv) could turn a big prop on 4s... when you finally get some 3s lipos you could run 6s and lookout...low 50's is what she does and is super stable and SWEET to look at..... currently it has a Turnigy 180 esc in her too.... only thing is I really don't want to sell it....LOL...look at my album under my boats to see it...sure looks nice...hardware is all polished... its very stable...my new titan is in my album too....

Anyhow why don't you take this hull and you will be able to use all the stuff you put in it later on down the road anyhow.... but if not... no biggie... a titan will come down the road sooner or later..:)

Honestly I don't want to sell.. just spent the $245 for the 1515 with the alluminum water jacket.... its got a NEW turnigy 180 esc, and a brand new 1 run old .150 flex.... its rtr minus batts and reciever... would have to get $675 plus shipping costs to sell it.... not a penny less.... and actually even at that I would kick myself for it..... they are not a cheap hull either, if you can find them.... awesome hull... super stable.... just get this (the 29.5 hull/hardware this thread is about..lol) one and save yourself some money....:)
