exactly... Don't state "one week old" if all the parts aren't one week old.... The add is very misrepresenting..... Anyone reading this would assume all parts are one week old..... At least mpg43 fdm hardware add said he had a couple scratches..... I hate to hurt your feelings but you aren't making many friends here on this forum........ And no matter how upset you are keep your swear words to yourself!!! And off these threads.... Believe it or not there are young children on these forums and they don't need this type of vulgarity in there life.... When this is all done i recommend you find somewhere else (a different forum) to go and play on..... I hate it when people can't play nice...

when he called me on the phone i explained that the motor had about 8 batteries run though it. That the lawless was a week old.. Were you on the phone too?

Yes i did call him and he did state that motor had a few runs on it, too bad my camera does not do close up pictures. Motor is made in 2008, so much for 1 week old and 8 runs can be done in a weekend or a year, so number or runs has no representation on the age or condition. I do find it VERY hard to believe that 1 motor wire can cut through 1/2 way and the other two would have insulation damage from friction in just 8 runs, but that is just an opinion as I have no way of proving number of runs.

Finally after more then a week of total silence ericspeed did contact me for the 1st time this morning through PayPal declining my request for refund with this (hey, he posted my PM :) ):

I did same some stuff on the forum but you had a week to check your PM and PayPal case and reply before (you did not), and at this point I'd rather you save your money on the cost of the new motor, I'll pay for shipping back and send your stuff back.
I'd have no trust that the motor will be new and would rather save the hassle and any disputes.

yeh, like offer to send him a new motor. I don't see anyone else trying that hard. Christ, mpg43 wouldn't do that. Now what ......you all can say what you want but to offer the guy a brand new motor.

Well, a number of days passed and guess what? ericspeed sent me a few PM's mostly stating that he was pissed that I posted here and that he "told me" that he will replace the motor (too bad I was not part of that conversation) and asked to remove my comments and guess what?
Nothing but promises and now that I got a better look at the outboard leg, the brushless motor adapter on it is also broken and can't be used. So fat every part that was sold as "almost new" is defective..... nice going ericspeed.

I guess it is easier to promise that to deliver.....

i have been waiting for you to send the motor back so i can send you a new one. I have machines aluminum pieces to replace the part that you told me on the phone that was broken. I also told you that i will send that when i send the new motor. Im trying to do the right thing here, im waiting on you!!!!!!!!!!!! Last time we talked i thought we were on the same page.
