-High quality CNC Aluminum stinger drive for 3/16" shaft. With teflon bushings inserted. The stinger is adjustable.

The distance from the transom to the rear of the stinger: 88mm (3 1/2")
Mounting bracket: 48mm(1 7/8") X 48mm(1 7/8")
Weight: 82g
Mounting screws, bolt nuts and washers are included.

-3/16" X 12" flex cable, prop shaft, brass tube, teflon tube, drive dog and prop nut.

The length of flex cable: 500mm (19 11/16")

The length of prop shaft: 100mm (4")

there's another way...take off the prop and drive dog then pull out the motor and grab the flex and pull...LOL

either way its a real PITA
