I bought this used.
No one to run boats with around here and I'll stick to trucks for now.
I have ran the boat 3 times. Batteries have been ran three times, balanced charged everytime.
Took out the prop shaft all three runs, dried and lubed backup.
Not willing to break this up. Maybe sell without the radio if someone doesn't want it.

Last time I tighted the prop shaft coupler set screws (has two) one of my nice Integy allen tips broke in the set screw. So you'll have to wrestle a set screw with a allen tip in it next time you remove the prop shaft coupler.
The cowl had a crack about 3 " long down a seam but I expoxyed it back solid and put a clear piece of tape on the underside.
The rudder is a bit sloopy with the pin that holds it together. No biggie, IMO.

Just put a new transom boot for the servo arm on.
JR XR2 ( I believe) have to double check.
And give me a day to clean up some of the stickiness left by the hatch tape I was using on the last run.
