Tankless is the way to go, they've gotten a lot more reasonable. I put one in my house and my mother's house too.

Hi there, you chaps might want to reconsider using the Sarasota airport weather info as the major factor in deciding beforehand as to run or not. Encore RV resort is probably 15 miles away from the airport. The sun came out at 8.30 am and the water has been like glass until now. The northern breeze has just picked but your clubhouse course is protected and the water is quite calm at this moment. Brian Giardelli

LOL Now you tell us, it was raining @ my house this morning till about 11 or so and I'm only about 5 or 6 miles from Encore. We'll just shoot for the 13th for our next run or maybe the 6th I'll put it up for vote.

OK Guys let's get some input on the next run day, either Dec. 6th or the 13th? Let me know which one you guys want to do, our next schedualed run is the 13th but if the park has nothing going on we might be able to do it the 6th. Let me know and I'll clear it with the park..

Looks like the website isn't sending out notices again. I just logged in because my computer died today. (working from a cheap laptop right now). Looks like I missed a couple of conversations. Sorry to hear about the water heater Dave. I know we all hate doing maintenance like that.
Future website updates may be delayed a bit. I'm not even going to try to install the web software on this one. I'm just hoping to be able to pull the web files from it once I get another "real" computer.
