OK Guys it's official, our new home is Encore RV Park Pond. Ray and I met with Amanda the park manager this morning and everything is a go. She was very accomadating and she was even suggesting things we could do like put up signs and such. Special thanks to Brian Giardelli for setting this whole deal up for us and Ray for following through and doing the stuff I can't find time for. It takes more than one person to make a club like this go.... We will be working on getting the course set up and will let you guys know soon when we'll be back running.

I don't know if you guys are paying attention or not, let us know what you think..

We didn't screw it up last time, it was the dumbasses at the county. One hand don't know what the other is doin' or Too many chiefs not enough indians. Either way if I ever suggest going to a county lake again just slap me!

Are you available to help me on Friday? Need to get the recovery boat there though.

Guys,

There are several things of note at the new site.

1. They hold Church services in the club house on Sundays. It ends at 9:30. So please plan on getting there around that time.

2. NO GENERATORS. There are limited power services available, but not everyone would be able to hook up.

3. SAWS passes are a NO-NO, way to close to lakeside living.

Sure thing Ray. Do you know what the club has in the way of rope, wire ties, floats etc. Do we need to go shopping?
Would like to have everything we need ready to go and of course see if Chris can bring the boat out.

Just a thought here, but if there is storage space available maybe we should consider storing the john boat there? That way if Chris has a situation where he can't make it the club's rescue boat would still be on site.

Already handled Bill, we're gonna leave both there and just transport the batteries and motors.
