i did hear the rummor about the county ... wonder if the kayac guys have to pay? sounds as if you need to find a frendly county commish guy and see what can be done has anyone tryed this one....get with the brandon club that uses a park lake in brandon off mlk...they are a small nitro club...wonder if andy would be into combinine with fe boats ....they do have fe tunnels when they race....just a thought

well do what you want but they are fe frendly as they run all kinds of fe tunnels and i beleave they are a very small club

I feel the same Hugh although if withdrawal symptoms become sever enough I may join the Riverview club and mix it up with the gassers. I have a couple that I could put in the water with them.

Certainly appreciate it but it is a looooong drive for a days run. I think we will get our situation resolved quickly and we wont be down for more than a couple meets, hopefully less. Again, I really appreciate the offer.

So, what is this top secret sanctioned event that was planned for the end of July?Is it still possible and in the planning stage?I'm sure many racers on the East coast would attend!

Nothing special. just our first event we would have hosted. For what the county wants per hour for us to hold the event, its not worth having it. We would likely lose money or have to charge an unreasonable fee to host it.
