Ya know the last time i was down there that darn hurricane came up the west coast messing up a nice sunday of boating I was susposed to be down there this weekend to do some boating but something came up Does anyone see a trend here or is it just me? Lol

With the weather looking like a blow-out coupled with the fact I injured my elbow Tuesday and doubt I can get the retrieve boat in the truck - it's not looking too good on my end.

I don't know about you Chris, but I've come to the conclusion that getting more mature just ain't what all cracked up to be. Inother word gettin' old inhales greatly. I was on a massage table for about an hour this evening and it wasn't even for a "happy ending". My left shoulder has been bugging me for a while now. I was actulally on the chiropracter's table when you called me last week. (I tried calling back but never did get you. Was it anything important?) I'm not overly ambitious for Sunday myself. I'd probably force mysellf if the weather was good, but it's not looking too good for it. Predicting about 14 from the NW for it now.

Website updated. I had scheduled a day off today to make a long weekend. Looks like it's going to be a really long weekend with nothing to do.

Nov 11 is the next scheduled run.

Nov 18 is the Swap Meet

I really wasn't thinking about it when I put up the November run schedule but the 4th Sunday is the 25th. Seems to me like that might be kind of close to Thanksgiving (celebrated 11/22 of ths year). Are we going to be running?
While I'm at it, the 4th Sunday in December is the 23rd. Christmas eve is Monday the 24th. Are we planning to run?
Moving on, New Year's Day 2013 falls on a Tuesday. Are we going to try to put together a gathering of some sort to celebrate either the Sunday before or Sunday after?
Thanks in advance for some input on what we want the schedule to look like when it gets updated on the website Thursday.

I don't know if any of you have seen these vids on intl waters. Andy posted them here on OSE showing how we did the Lemans starts for the FE tunnels and the mod-vp classes. Its alot of fun and a completely different experience. The tri-oval setup adds an interesting twist to it as well.

Yeah were going to have to discuss this, or at least, I know I cant make everything. Since we missed last week bc of winds, anyone want to run this week and cancel the 11th so we can have a week off before the swap?

I'm supposed to go flying with my buddy Brian this Sunday but that will be early in the morning. I could throw a boat or two in the van and drop by there on my way home around 10:30 or so if there's enough interest.

No worries Chris. Sounds like this weekend is a no go without the rescue rig. Guess I'll sleep in and get a boat or two wet behind the house if I have the urge.
