The aviation site still doesn't show Sunday for a wind forecast but is showing single digit wind speeds thru what it lists so far.
I was watching the weather this morning before heading out to work and the rain chance has been dropped from 50 down to 30% for Sunday as well. Looks like it wll be a good boating day but will probably be a warm one as well.

I sure hope some of you show up tomorrow...I don't think weather will be an issue, if anything it may be a little cooler with the overcast. I'd sure like to know before I charge 6 or 7 sets of batteries and spend $50 in fuel to drive up there.

I was just getting ready to say the same thing "Chris are you feeling better?".
Rain chnce for tomorrow is showing 20% and the temps here this morning (73 degrees) felt great when I went out to grab some breakfast a few minutes ago.
I've got my boats prepped and started working on charging my 6s packs last night. Still have quite a few 5's and 4's to finish charging today though.

Scott we really have not been running regular lately due to weather. I was wondering if you think a call to the members with shirt orders to let them know ? It might save you from having to tote the shirts with you every time, and maybe let them know we are at Ackerman running tomorrow.

I'm planning on coming to pick up my shirts and run couple boats. Will have Q Sprintcat and Revolt 30 for P or LSO? Won't stay to long want to watch Bucs game.

Wish I did have a spare room to offer scorp. I live in a 2 br duplex though and you've seen enough of my build photos to know what it looks like. (The one I sleep in isn't much less cluttered either, along with the living room & kitchen)
Really hard to say what the weather will be like here in early Dec. I've seen it be 80 and I've seen it be in the 40's. Wind.... that's a pretty common thing at Ackerman but is usually more pronounced in the winter months. Mostly depends on whether a front is coming through the area. On the good side, hurricane season ends in November as the water starts cooling down. We had the same tropical storm/depression kill our last two scheduled meets with winds & rain.
