With the 25th being Christmas day I won't swear to us running that weekend. (one of the reasons for suggesting New Years day).
As for use of the rescue boat that's not an issue, we'll recover you boat if it's needed. You will need the NAMBA membership to be able to race at ANY organized club. Most of them police it heavier than we do although it's something we're going to have to start doing just to keep us out of trouble.

Like Bill said, NAMBA to race, and we allow three visits to our club before you have to join to continue to participate.
As for boats, depends on my mood that weekend, but generally, my Geico (LSO class) and twin Geico(stock twin drive class) are always there. I sold my Q boat, Dont really run P mono anymore, may run my tunnel once or twice before she goes up for sale and picked up the SV but its not really for me, but to see if I can get my Dad participating.

ok and thats good news, i honestly dont know how the system works are you guys like a self contained unit and the classes go against each other or do you guys go against other clubs

we are working on having the ammenities to host events at our pond, but have a ways to go yet. We have gone to other clubs and run against them. Classes of boats go against the same type. Meaning, there isnt stock boats on the water doing 40 running a race against higher, larger powered boats running 55. Each class races seperately, if thats what you mean

We have no rules regarding rc recovery boats. There have been a few out there on different occasions but it's usually quicker & easier just to use the full sized one.

There have been some pretty entertaining moments in the full sized recovery boat too. I've turned it over once myself.
There was a time when Scott, Chris and I all had Genesis cats but they have all gone on to "other places". Not sure if Ray still has his or not.

over at the tunnel races on nov 20 i noticed there rescue boat...it was fiberglass and had a built in fiberglass seat for driving......it wasent much bigger if any then yours but seemed very stable....bill britton can prob tell ya what it was....but got to say i was impressed with its stability etc......

that also have a trailer and a boat ramp to put it in the water with. It is much heavier than the one you guys are using right now. not to mention the cost of a gas outboard.

Depends on the class. Most of the LSH boats are in the 40's, P mono is somewhere in the 50's. Q is bumping close to 60, S-T mono around 65. 1/8 scale is probably somewhere in the 50's as well.

do you think its possible to get a supervee to s-t mono speeds ? or will it be like

You may be able to on flat water, but no way in race conditions. The s-t monos are over 45" long as well
