hey ray what motor do u run in your proboat hydro and if its not a leopard what leopard is the equivelent motor if they make one lol//////...just looked it up....does a 5692 1090kv on 8s sound like enough motor for a pb hydro?

I'm running a Leopard 5692/ 730kv on 10S. Tried a 1090kv on 8S, way too hot because the boat is so heavy. I would recommend a Castle 2028 on 10S.

I was thinking the same for power with a 2028 but would probably stop at 9s 2p. My RCG buddy scorpion1 has already let the magic smoke out of his Hydra Ice 200 trying to run 10s.

No - if you have a piece, 3/4" wide or less bring it along and we can drill and attach it at the pond. I'll bring my battery drill and some bits. Also, if you have a set of small metric nut drivers would you please bring them as well? I have a loose turn fin bracket and can't reach it with what I have.

We were way behind on rain too until last week. Don't think we got a drop in April or May. We're about caught up now though. Don't know where the :sinking guy: went but he'd be a good emoticon for around here right now. :D


Hey Hugh... is that VS1 I bought from you by chance hippies old boat? It runs pretty good considering all I did was drop a motor & esc in it. Setup on it is pretty darn close I think.
