Std... that's great. I got the PA. Works very nicely. He had it all set up for me to test it out. Jim, it did not include a mic but my neighbor is all into music and I'm going to see if he can spare one.

Clearly Jim you may resign your position if that is your choice, however, in the event you chose to do so - your replacement must be selected by a majority vote of the current members. I, for one, appreciate your tireless efforts to grow this thing from the December 2007 original vision and wouldnt blame you for wanting someone else to take the mostly unappreciated helm. Maybe, finally - something has clicked with FE here because it appears we have a good group of new members who would like to move this thing forward.

Obviously, my involvement has been limited of late and I dont see that changing in the near future, but I'm still a member and will continue to have an opinion 'and vote' for the benefit of the Club.

I think I read somewhere here re: keeping the finances local in the Sarasota area...not sure I understand the thinking in that regard . With online banking, all members can have log in info to the Club account with real time access to current activity and history. Further, with approval by vote , debit cards can be issued, with no fees to approved users.

As for WCRA, if they are willing to give FE the same respect as to nitro/gas, then why not? That would be a huge recant on their part, but I'm willing to give them a shot.

I'll bring LSH, 8th and the twin cat. The cat has 1800kv outrunners, don't have any "STD's".

Totally agree that any replacement has to be voted on by a majority of the members. Hard to get a majority to the lake at any one time.

I'm all in favor of moving things forward. If the new guys can do that they will certainly earn my kudos!

If Im there, yes, I will have the MG. My parents 40th Anniv. is Sunday and we may all be going out of town. As of now, its still up in the air.
