Ditto and ditto but I think it's a great place to wring our stuff out. I'm looking forward to running there on Saturday! I won't be taking the P mono or Q offshore because the course is so short you couldn't wind 'em up. I might take 'em as shore queens so Archie can see some bigger stuff. So far I think I'm only taking:

Spec Tunnel
LSO

no it's on the side. I just went to the pond to watch the nitro guys run. There is only One buoy in the pond. If you guys want a turn marker Buoy at the other end. someone will have to bring one to put in the pond.


Jim are you bringing your retrive boat, or do i need to bring mine ?.

OK today would be a good time to post those directions for Archie's lake again. Or at least some simple ones from the store front to the parking lot at the pond.

I'm bringing the DF-33 (since it's almost as fast as a SV27), UL-1, Genesis Cat and the Purple Monster.

Bill here you go. I dont have the address of the lake. But it is directly across the street from Archies in a industrial park. Here is Archies address. If you call Archie he could give you the address . So you could map quest it. If you look at the little map. You turn right onto 42nd st , Then take your first left then turn right, then left again, then you can see the lake on your left .. Or you can go on 44th st & take your first right.. If your looking at the map. the lake we run on is the lake just to the left of 42nd st on the map. This lake is smaller than akerman. But there is no slime & no kayakers .

I had a talk with the Frogs & Turtles at the pond. They said they heard what Mike do to ther cousin, & that they will be out of town this weekend .

Take I-275 and get off at Gandy Blvd. Get off at US 19 (34th st) and go south to 62nd Ave. Turn right and go about a mile or so. Archie's will be in the second strip center on your left. Continue on past Archie's to 44th St. Turn right and go to the lake.
