Time for everybody to think about renewing your NAMBA membership. It expires at the end of the year. Remember, NAMBA is required to belong to the club. No worries about the club dues. They expire June 30, 2010!

What would everyone think about making up a flyer to post in all the hobby shops around? Of course it doesn't help that the hobby shops don't stock much boat stuff outside of RTR's.

Kinda wish OSE allowed 'banner' style ads ... just for boat clubs though.

I was thinking about that the other day when I was at Phil's Hobby shop. Phill's usually has a pretty good amount of stuff there when I need it. If they don't have it they will order it.



on another note, Ken Haines called me tonight to let me know that there will be a meeting on Sat to discuss the electric classes racing at the 2 day events next year. Mike Martin was supposed to go, but isn't going to be able, so Ken is headed over. I am planning to go as well. If anyone else would like to have any input please come out and join in.

It will be at the brandon pond in Dover and it will be after they finish racing. Probably around 4 or 430

We need some more members! Each of you should try to recruit some new people. The ole treasury is a bit rickety.

Also need to discuss our hosting an FE race in the future. We will talk about it on Sunday.

Jim, Ray is saying that we need to focus on the classes we have now. We are short on members to start looking at other classes just yet. Once we grow some more, then we can look at more classes. There is no reason not to build one if you feel like it, but I do agree with Ray, lets get better participation in our current classes so that we can have some better racing. I have finished my tunnel, and next I have to build another LSH.
