Looking for the FE boaters in the Madison area. I am on Lake Koshkanong in Edgerton. Would love to hang out and run boats if we could work something out. My neighbor and I each recently picked up some Spartans and am looking for other places to run them besides our lake. Our lake is so big, there's pretty much always some sort of chop. Makes it difiicult to really get a feel for our boats. Send me a PM. Jason

They actually run in Mazomanie, WI. Doug Peterson is who you want to talk to. His name on here is DPeterson. Myself and the Madison(Mazomanie) guys also belong to the Badger Model Boat Club in Somers, WI. Our next race is July 16 and 17th. You should come and check it out. They run nitro, gas, and of course FE.

I live in Green Bay, anyone else around with boats?

Just ordered my first boat, a Aquacraft Mini RIO and I live in GB. Always had toy RCs as a kid, and my 3yo son loves RC cars; in-laws have a cabin on a lake up north and plan on taking it out for the first time this weekend. Any places in Green Bay that are conducive for putzing around with an RC boat?

Where abouts in Kaukauna? There are plenty of nice spring fed ponds near apartment complexes but I'm sure the landlords wouldn't be thrilled to see a guy out there zooming around in the water. Oh well. This weekend I'll be testing out my rio up north.
