I know I'm over thinking it trying to accommodate everyone and every thing but if someone goes home having not had a good time I take it personally. It's a sickness.

I've been asked to do a radio show interview about our race. Go figure. I'll let you guys know if it pans out.

Fred was at my house Sunday to pick up his son. We got to talking racing. Shocking I know. We were both on the same page. We know how to put on A race but snore......... We prefer to put on THE race.

I'm 99% sure Tom is on that page too.

The only problem was the crowd of spectators that we had on Sunday because or it.

On Saturday there is a busload of vets coming out from the VA hospital to hang out and watch the racing just for the fun of it.

We have the room for all the spec taters that want to come by. There's 65ft of prime viewing deck. What we lack is tons of flat land.

At one of our meetings someone mentioned they knew someone from a local news station. I'd really like to pursue that. Maybe get our event added to the clickondetroit website. Hard to say what response will be. We're way out in the sticks.

Spectators do help the Elks out too. They spend a few bucks while they're there.

6 new boats already since the season ended. Starting to wear me out. Still have another to build too.

almost all boats ready, just an N2 mono and a LSH to finish building!!! thats 13 of my boats, and 6 each for my daughters, 25 boats!!! oh my nerves now I just need batteries for them all!!!
