Just as a heads up, denatured alcohol to clean the smoke stains out of the hull, follow that up with a fabric softener sheet inside the hull for a few days. Works wonders for getting rid of the stink.

I am probably going to lay some glass cloth and epoxy down in the nose then clamp it together. The Miss Behavin' is the first boat, and has all the experimentation mods to prove it. BUT...
